使用 N2790A 100-MHz 高压差分探头可以结合示波器进行安全和精确的浮动测量。 N2790A 探头允许使用传统的接地式是德示波器,可实现高达 1400 V 差分电压和 1000 V 共模电压的浮动信号测量。
由于其高带宽和出色的输入阻抗特性,该探头可以精确测量现代开关电源中高达 3.5 纳秒的快速瞬态边缘。
该探头与是德 AutoProbe 接口兼容,具有 1 Ω 输入,由是德示波器的探头接口供电。
在极端温度下探测环境舱内的差分信号时,是德科技提供 N7013A 极端温度扩展套件。 N7014A 与 N2790A 兼容,其降额带宽为 70 MHz。 70 厘米长的差分电缆组及附件所适用的温度范围为 -40 摄氏度至 +85 摄氏度。
